One studio. Every discipline a project needs.
Most projects hand the design to one company and the build to another. The result is a gap — drawings that don't price out, schedules that slip, and a job site where no one owns the outcome. We built IN to close that gap.
Our team carries projects across commercial, retail, and residential sectors — from a single tenant improvement to a complete interior and exterior transformation. Design and construction sit at the same table from day one, which keeps cost, constructability, and schedule honest from the first sketch.
The result is a calmer process and a better-built space: one contract, one accountable team, and a finished room handed over ready to use.
